Free Service
CampConnectRV is currently offered as a free service to the RV community. There are no charges for browsing parks, submitting WiFi reports, or using any core features of the platform.
Premium Features
If and when premium features or subscriptions are introduced, we will clearly disclose pricing prior to purchase. Any paid features will be subject to the refund terms outlined at the time of purchase.
Refund Requests
For any paid services or purchases made through CampConnectRV, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed services, digital downloads, or features that have already been fully utilized are generally non-refundable unless there was a technical error on our part.
