Our best tips for finding strong internet wherever you go — so you can work, stream, and stay connected from any campground.
Every park on CampConnectRV has real speed tests from RVers who've stayed there. Look for parks with multiple recent reports showing download speeds above 25 Mbps — that's enough for video calls and streaming.
Parks with the 'WiFi Verified' badge have at least three approved speed tests in the last 90 days. The badge means the data is current and reliable, not just a one-time test from years ago.
Even parks with great WiFi can have outages. Check the cell coverage reports on each park page to see how Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile perform at that location. A hotspot with a strong carrier signal is your best backup.
Run a speed test as soon as you check in. If the WiFi is slower than reported, submit your own report — it helps the next RVer and keeps the data honest. The community relies on fresh reports.
Many parks list 'Free WiFi' but the signal barely reaches the sites. Check the signal quality tags in our reports — 'Strong in clubhouse' means you may need to walk to the office. 'Strong at sites' means you're good from your rig.
